Cancellation Policy

I respect the value of your time and I appreciate that you understand the value of mine.

48HRS PRIOR I 50% OF SERVICE

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 48hr advance notice is required. If you do not provide at least 48hr notice to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the service starting cost. No appointment will be rescheduled until fee has been paid.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS I 100% OF SERVICE

In the event of a no call/no show, you will be charged for the entire cost of missed appointment. You will not be able to reschedule.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will most likely need to be rescheduled.

I understand that sometimes things come up and emergencies happen. I will do my best to accommodate this. 

How to Prepare for your Appointment

If you're receiving a color service, clean hair is not necessary but please come without any heavy products or buildup in your hair. If you have freshly washed hair, please make sure it is completely dry before your appointment.

​

I sometimes take pictures for content. Please try to come dressed in neutral colors and wear light makeup if desired to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
